What we will never do
Every service in this market says it is different. Here is the part that actually distinguishes us, written as things we refuse rather than things we claim.
Not once, not to clear a filter, not if you ask us to. You are the one who has to sit in the room and defend every word.
Your deal-breakers are hard vetoes in the engine, not preferences we weigh up.
We apply as you, with your written consent, and we say so if an employer asks.
Untargeted applying gets an interview about 2–5% of the time. A well-matched one converts closer to one in four.
Sending more of the wrong thing is not a strategy, it is noise with your name on it — and employers can tell. We would rather send the right ones and be held to a floor we can actually hit.
We don't guarantee outcomes. Or numbers.
Plenty of services in this market will. We think the guarantees are the least honest thing about them, so here is exactly what we will and won't put our name to.
We will never promise you a job
Hiring decisions belong entirely to employers. Anyone who guarantees you an outcome they do not control is either misunderstanding their own service or hoping you won't read the small print.
We won't promise a number either
This one is less obvious, and it matters more. A service that guarantees a monthly application count has exactly one way to hit it in a quiet month: apply to roles you would never accept.
Refusing to pad the count and guaranteeing a count are incompatible promises. We would rather keep the first one.
Three things, all of which are ours to control and all of which you can check for yourself. Visibility — every application, the CV we sent and our reasoning, on your dashboard. Candour — if your niche is too thin to work, you hear it from us inside the first fortnight, with options. No lock-in — cancel any time, including the day you're hired. No notice period, no minimum term, no exit conversation. If a month has not been good enough, tell us and we will put it right. That is a service standard, not a guarantee, and we would rather offer you one we can keep.
How this works legally, in plain terms
- Explicit, written opt-in before a single application is sent. Nobody is enrolled by their employer without agreeing themselves
- Every application is on your dashboard the same day, with the exact CV that went with it — so you always know which version an employer is holding, which matters most the night before an interview
- You can stop at any point, and we stop the same day, without you explaining why
- We apply as you, never as someone else, from a dedicated search email set up for the purpose
- We respect each site’s terms and diversify across boards and direct applications rather than hammering one route
- If your employer is paying, they see aggregate figures only — never your individual applications, and we tell you that on day one
Judge it for yourself
If any of this doesn’t match what you see once you’re working with us, tell us and we will fix it or refund you. A standard nobody checks is just marketing.
